Shipping policy

Delivery can only be made to mainland UK for the time being. For non mainland orders please contact us by either email or telephone. All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery.

The Nordic Gifts has one category price of £3.99 inclusive of VAT, therefore, if you are ordering more than one item, one delivery charge will be applied no matter how much you purchase.

Our estimated time scales are up to 5 days for most stock items and four to six weeks for all other items. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescales. Please note that unless you contact us letting us know that your product hasn’t arrived we have no way of knowing that you have not received it. Once you notify us we will make every concerted effort to find out what has happened to your parcel and try and replace it as soon as possible once we have proof of the loss of the parcel.

If you are ordering with a specific delivery date in mind please email us at hello@nordicgifts.co.uk to make sure that we have the item/s you wish to order are in stock and please let us know the date you require the delivery for. Also if you need to have the invoice removed or a special message put in the package please let us know.

Please be sure to open your parcel carefully without using anything that may cut your products such as knives or razor blades (cuts of this nature are not covered by us)
